DBS was delighted to receive a very successful outcome from the HETAC Institutional Review process which was completed in the College recently. The HETAC Panel expressed full confidence in the College’s quality assurance procedures and processes. There were no conditions arising from the Panel’s visit. The Panel did make a number of recommendations, high level observations and commendations. One particular commendation made by the Panel related to the commitment, knowledge and expertise of DBS staff.



The college wished to  thank all staff and students involved for their considerable efforts in achieving this very significant and positive outcome. Acknowledging particularly the input of the DBS Institutional Review Project Team (Eileen Buckley-Dhoot, Sinead O’Brien, Stuart Garvie, Marianne Cooney de Jong and Philip Ryan) who very effectively managed the College’s preparation for the event.
