A business industry veteran, Tim has strong knowledge of the Irish business landscape having spent six years at the helm of RaboDirect Ireland as General Manager and in a senior management position within Permanent TSB as Head of Analytics, CRM and Digital Banking.
He also has significant experience of academia and knowledge of the inner workings of Dublin Business School, having lectured on both the MBA programme and the Accounting and Finance programme in DBS over the past several years. Tim is also a non-executive director of the UX Design Institute, an edtech business offering education and accreditation to UX professionals globally.
In his new role as President, Tim will be responsible for overseeing the continued roll out of the college’s strategic plan, continuing to develop the organisation to ensure future sustainability and attractiveness to prospective students both in Ireland and abroad.
Speaking about his appointment, Tim said: “I am delighted to be joining DBS at this exciting time. It’s a great college with an excellent catalogue of programmes to offer and a vibrant community of students, staff and faculty. I’m looking forward to working with the team to grow the business, both in Ireland and globally, and to continue providing an outstanding experience for all of our students.”
