BA (Hons) Marketing with Event Management Students 'Learn and Earn' for their Chosen Charity | The third year BA (Hons) Marketing with Event Management have raised over €10,000 for the Make-a-Wish® Foundation by organising and hosting 7 different events this year including a ‘Madhatter Comedy Night’, ‘Homegrown Dance Night’ and an Italian-themed night in Howl at the Moon which was attended by over 700 people. Each class was divided into 2-3 groups. An Event Company was formed for each group and roles were delegated as per industry, while lecturers interviewed for the positions of CEO, Financial Controller etc.
