English Language Requirements

Level 6

For applicants whose first language is not English, the minimum English language requirement for entry to the programme is IELTS score 5.5 (or equivalent). Please check under the individual programme requirements for any specific variance in entry requirements. 

Level 7 

For applicants whose first language is not English, the minimum English language requirement for entry to the programme is IELTS score 6.0 (or equivalent). Please check under the individual programme requirements for any specific variance in entry requirements.

Level 8 

For applicants whose first language is not English, the minimum English language requirement for entry to the programme is IELTS score 6.0 (or equivalent). Please check under the individual programme requirements for any specific variance in entry requirements.

Level 9

For applicants whose first language is not English, the minimum English language requirement for entry to the programme is IELTS score 6.5 (or equivalent). Please check under the individual programme requirements for any specific variance in entry requirements.

English Language Test Dates

The English language test takes place on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 10:00am and is arranged through the admissions office. Subject to Arrangement. 

NB: English Language testing is conducted only for students already in Dublin
