Incorporating preparation for the Project Management Institute (PMI)® Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification examination.
All organisations use projects as the way to translate strategies into plans and objectives into realities and the application of advanced project management skills is often what determines a successful project from a painful and unsatisfactory one. Dublin Business School is a Registered Education Provider (REP) for the Project Management Institute.
We have designed this Advanced Diploma programme specifically for project managers, team members and senior managers who in addition to obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Project Management may also intend to take the Project Management Institute examination.
