Student Testimonial
"I chose DBS over other institutions because a colleague of mind highly recommended DBS. for me one of the main benefits is how easy it is to access staff and material.
I chose the Advanced Diploma in Project Management to help progress my current role. I really enjoyed the course and would have no problem recommending it.
I wasn't sure if I could get through a diploma course as it's over 15 years since I last studied but by completing this course it has showed me I can progress myself academically.
I am currently the only one in my team that has done a course like this and already some of my colleagues are looking for information on the course I done. I have the work experience but hadn't the qualification, but now that I have both I can progress further with my career.
It was great because my course was relevant to my current role so they overlapped well. The Project Procurement management section helped me prepare a tender in work for project we were currently contracted to deliver. It showed my employer that I'm willing to work hard academically to better myself which will improve my work capability. within 3 months of completing the course my salary increased by €5k I can take on more responsibility now."
