As part of the International Women’s Day 2022 DBS celebrations, we hosted #DBSNoToBias events where we had a special guest join us – Galadrielle Heinrich, who flew in from Malta. Galadrielle provided a wonderful talk on “Embracing Your Uniqueness”, speaking about bias and taught us how to manage our behaviours, especially around women.

We captured some of the DBS staff, students and alumni, who came to show their support and to help break the bias, and played their part in creating awareness and celebrating the amazing women in DBS.
A huge well done to the Student Union and DBS students for successfully executing this event.
