DBS signs agreement with German-Irish Chamber of Commerce

German-Irish Chamber of Commerce

Dublin Business School (DBS) is excited to announce that it has signed an agreement with the German Irish Chamber of Commerce to deliver part of  the German Kaufmann International Certificate here in Ireland. This is a business programme taught through english designed for vocational students in business. This is an exciting development and partnership for the College and adds to the College's existing list of partners from all around Europe. Almost two years of discussion and planning saw the first cohort of 41 German students arrive in Dublin this week and we are delighted to collaborate with the Chamber for this important initiative and to further develop Irish-German relationships.

To mark this occasion and demonstrate the support of the German government for this initiative, the German Ambassador to Ireland Mr Cord Meier-Klodt invited students, teachers, German-Irish Chamber of Commerce and their industry partners Paypal and SAP to this event. Cliona O'Beirne , Chief Commercial Officer at DBS  who represented DBS at the event said she was to delighted to launch the programme and to welcome the students and teachers to the inaugural programme.
