The annual DBS Retail Business Symposium took place recently at DBS. The symposium focused on customer service in retail with this year’s theme - “Retail Matters - Love Your Customer”.
This annual event is run by the Marketing faculty, in conjunction with students from Lidl (Ireland), who are studying for a Bachelor of Business in Retail Management here at Dublin Business School.
The event was oversubscribed and throughout the day the venue was packed to the rafters! This enthusiasm was warranted based on the high calibre of retail experts speaking on the day;

The retailers that spoke at the symposium are all leaders in their respective fields and shared with DBS students the importance and meaning of customer service within their businesses.
