ELEVEN's Future Leaders Programme has been developed specifically for aspiring new or mid-tier people or process leaders who are driven to create change and take their leadership potential to the next level by first gaining deeper insight into your sense of self and defining the type of leader you would like to be. This programme is designed to empower you to lead with trust and transparency.






LEARNING METHODOLOGY


Coupled with the practical application of the latest neuroscience research, ELEVEN's Future Leaders Programme is focused on attributes fundamental to human interaction and essential for first century

leadership. In order to embed the learning experience, the programme spans a comprehensive 6-month learning pathway within the contexts of self (Leader within) and others (Leader Emerging), and utilises diverse learning modalities to pro􀁙ide real and sustained behavioural change.
