In addition to the list of approved HETAC SpecialPurpose/Minor Awards, DBS provides the following supports and services to students:

• Four dedicated Schools covering Business, Arts, Law and Professional Programmes. Each school has proven expertise in designing, developing and delivering educational programmes to adult learners from a range of education and experiential backgrounds

• A dedicated Programme Leader who is responsible for the overall management and development of the relevant programme and the management and support of adult learners on that Programme
• A range of learning support services to accommodate adult learners such as; Careers Services Office , Employer Liaison Officer, Student Services Office, Work placements and state-of-the-art library facilities
• A pool of qualified academics with extensive industry experience in all sectors who can provide participants with guidance and support in re entering employment in their chosen sector
• A range of Higher Certificates, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree programmes across our 4 schools which can provide participants with follow on programmes should they choose to pursue additional academic studies
• Established links with awarding bodies such as the Higher Education and Training Awards Council (HETAC), Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) and the University of Wales
• Dublin city centre campuses located on Aungier Street, South Great Georges Street (Castle House), Balfe Street or Dame Street
• The ability to provide Springboard Participants with e learning support facilities, such as Moodle and online access to vast library resources.
