New Immigration Rules for Full-time International Students

Within the report published by the Irish Government 'New Immigration Regime for Full Time non-EEA Students' more than 20 recommendations designed to reform the student immigration regime in a manner that is better integrated with Ireland's immigration policy generally while providing a stronger regulatory framework for the sustainable development of the international education sector.

These guidelines will be of benefit to students currently in Ireland as well as to students who wish to travel to Ireland in the future for the purpose of pursuing a course of study.

You can get full information on guidelines  regarding the operation of the new rules for full-time non-EEA students on the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Services website www.inis.gov.ie
